How do I upload my photo?
Photos can be uploaded from your smartphone or computer to this link directly: www.artsytessy.com/buynow

What are the photo requirements?
File size must be under 10MB. Make sure it's well lit and in focus. Keep any hair away from your eyes. Photos are best taken in natural light. These requirements help the artist in creating your likeness from the photo.
What if I want something other than my eyes painted?
This series focuses on the eyes, but there are many more series coming soon. Stay tuned by joining our mailing list here: artsytessy@gmail.com
What happens after I upload my photo, pick my package and checkout?
Once your order has been received you’ll be placed next in line! We will contact you if your photo did not meet the requirements. After your painting has been completed you will receive an email containing 2 files to download. All items ship within 5 business days of completion.
How will my photo and artwork be used?
By submitting your photo, you grant Artsy Tessy permission to use any designs or original photos in company related marketing. Email us if you wish to opt out. Reproducing any artwork for a profit is prohibited. Any copyright violations that may incur are the recipients sole responsibility.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
How do I get stuff?
You’ll receive an email containing your video portrait and digital download.
All shipped items are sent via the United States Postal Service.
When will my stuff arrive?
Painting times can take up to 6 weeks.
Delivery times vary based on your location.
Ships within 5 business days after you receive your digital downloads.
Can stuff be shipped internationally?
Yes, orders can ship outside of the United States. We recommend purchasing Package 1 for a decreased chance of items being damaged during transfer. The standard shipping cost is $22.95 for USPS International First Class Mail. Tracking may not be available for international orders. Video Portraits has no control over additional fees that may be charged by the shipping carriers.
Can I send stuff to someone as a gift?
You betcha! Your package will come gift wrapped for your special someone. Simply provide the correct shipping address at that the time of checkout. If you have already placed your order and would like to change your shipping address, email artsytessy@gmail.com before the artwork is shipped. Want us to include a cute note for your special someone? Include that in your email and we will hook you up with some brownie points.
How do I track my package once it ships?
Tracking information will provided to you by email once it becomes available. If there are any problems with your shipment, reach out immediately and email artsytessy@gmail.com.
RETURNS
What do I do if my order comes damaged?
If damages occur during shipping, just email artsytessy@gmail.com. We will be happy to replace any damaged items. We may ask to see photos of the damage so we can properly remedy the situation. Any damaged artwork and video books may need to be shipped back.
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase simply email us @artsytessy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ask that you return your purchase within 2 weeks of the original delivery. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
